Standard microfiber towels rely on stitched edges (polyester piping). These edges are traps for grit and dried polish, becoming the #1 cause of micro-scratches on soft clear coats.

The OS-H2 Vector eliminates this risk entirely via Ultrasonic Cutting Technology. There are no seams, no tags, and no hard borders. Just 100% active plush surface area.

ENGINEERED FOR CONTACT: Designed specifically for the OS-U7 Waterless Protocol, these towels feature a high-density 500 GSM (Grams per Square Meter) pile.

  • The Suspension Zone: The deep-pile architecture lifts dirt away from the paint surface and traps it deep within the fibers, ensuring a safe, non-marring wipe.

  • Perfect Balance: At 500 GSM, it is absorbent enough to soak up waterless wash solutions, but tactile enough to feel the body lines of the vehicle.

TECHNICAL DATA & PROTOCOLS

DEPLOYMENT SYSTEM:

  • Quantity: 3 Vectors per Pack.

  • Dimensions: 16" x 16" (40cm x 40cm) – Optimized for the "Tactical Fold."

OPERATIONAL PROTOCOL (The Quarter Fold): To maximize efficiency, do not wad the towel.

  1. FOLD: Fold the towel twice to create a square. This gives you 8 clean working sides per towel.

  2. SATURATE: Spray OS-U7 on the panel and the towel to prime the fibers.

  3. WIPE: Wipe in straight lines only (linear paths). Never circular motions.

  4. CYCLE: Flip to a clean side after every panel. Once all 8 sides are soiled, switch to a fresh unit.

    ⚠️ MAINTENANCE ADVISORY (CRITICAL):

  • Machine Wash: Warm/Cold water only.

  • Detergent: Use dedicated Microfiber Wash or "Free & Clear" liquid detergent.

  • FORBIDDEN: NEVER USE FABRIC SOFTENER OR BLEACH. Softeners clog the micro-pores, destroying the towel's ability to absorb.

  • Drying: Tumble dry LOW or hang dry. High heat melts the fibers.
